Natalie founded Just Pilates STL with a clear goal: to keep moving for life. After watching her grandmother lose mobility to arthritis and her mother decline due to lack of movement, she knew she wanted a different path—one where she could stay strong, active, and independent well into her 90s.She first came to Pilates as a student to support her dancing—building the strength, control, and stability needed for sharp turns and quick movement. Along the way, she experienced how consistent movement could reduce pain and support her own arthritis. That experience led her to pursue formal training and become an instructor.Classically trained locally, certified through Breathe Education, and continuing her training through Breathe’s Teaching Mastery program, Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and is known for making movement make sense—using clear, shape-based cueing and thoughtful progressions to help clients succeed in a group setting. Her teaching is focused, practical, and grounded in building real strength for everyday life.Outside the studio, Natalie is a competitive dancer, wife, mom of three, and proud grandmother—balancing a full life while building a community she deeply believes in.

Nicole first joined Just Pilates STL as a student, drawn to the upbeat atmosphere and approachable teaching style. With her own STOTT certification and 9 years of experience, she continues her training through Breathe Education’s Teaching Mastery program while aligning with the Just Pilates STL method. Known for her fun energy and encouraging style, Nicole helps clients build strength, balance, and confidence—with plenty of laughs along the way. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Steve, their two boys, and their dogs, living the same active, joyful life she encourages in her clients.
